Jerry "Duff" Dorrough [link] is probably best known as the lead guitarist for The Tangents.
His fine songwriting is showcased on his album, Peace in the Lily of the Valley (Black Dog Records).
His latest release is a gospel CD, The Holy Rollers, on which he collaborates with singer/songwriter Carl Massengale.

Bitter sweet it was for us to sell these two guys. The Truetone "Jazz King" Mike is playing
and the Gibson Melody Maker SG conversion we did... we will miss them, but we must keep
tacking along to hold wind in the sails. Forward and onward we go, repairing, restoring,
building and selling. The vintage market...it's now like a far off shore with overcast skies.
Guided only by voices now in these dim times, we adjust course to find new land. It's a
a land of new ideas and ingenuity. The sky clears and thar they be...
